CIS’s mandate is to introduce European technology into the North American markets through established contacts and aggressive marketing.
CIS’s main focus is to provide cost effective and technologically advanced recycling solutions to our customers utilizing our partners highly innovative machinery.
Owned and operated by Philip Fracassi, CIS has and will continue to be a professionally run business. The Fracassi Family founded Philip Services Corp (PSC), a recycler of industrial steel tag and waste foundry in 1983. In 1990, PSC went public and through acquisitions over the next several years, became the largest solid waste and hazardous waste companies in North America. At the time of his retirement in 1998, PSC had 87 operations throughout North America of which 22 were metal processing operations consisting of aluminum and copper secondary smelting, automotive recycling/shredding, baling and shearing facilities.
While visiting family in Italy, Philip decided to visit various recycling facilities to see how they differed from the facilities he operated while at PSC. While visiting these facilities Philip saw technology and machinery that from his experience could be extremely valuable in helping recyclers here in North America. This is how Cole Integrated Systems was founded. After extensive research and visiting multiple manufacturers Cole Integrated Systems decided to partner with Forrec and Tecnoecology and represent these innovative Italian company’s here in North America!
