Philip Fracassi, President of Cole Integrated Systems ( CIS) was the founding member of PSC Metals in the early 90’s. PSC Metals at its peak operated 35 ferrous and non-ferrous facilities in North America.
CIS’s management team combined has over 100 years of experience in the metals processing industry. CIS has partnered with three of the most advanced manufactures in Europe. Forrec Recycling, manufacturer of complete shredding systems, Parfersiti, manufacturer of automotive Pre-Shredders and Tecnoecology, manufacturer of complete copper chop lines.
