Tecnoecology’s Chop Lines are a plant system for retrieving the copper or aluminum contained in the electric cables by removing the rubber or PVC sheath. With automatic loading via conveyor belts, it takes advantage of the open-air circuit to solve material overheating problems. We are also able to pull an additional 4% of copper tailings through Tecnoecology’s advanced filter system.
The T 1500 is a full line system for retrieving the copper or aluminum contained in the electric cables. This system will recycle up to 5 tph depending on the grade of wire. In addition to the throughput the advanced filtration system Tecnoeculugy has developed will increase the copper recovery up to 4%.
